An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School — In commemoration of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School in Pa'bumbungang, Bantaeng Regency, cordially invites all parents of students and the general public to attend and celebrate this annual religious event.
This meaningful event will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School Mosque, Pa'bumbungang, starting from 09:00 AM WITA until completion.
Carrying the theme *"Shaping the Character of an Accomplished Islamic Generation Based on the Example of Prophet Muhammad SAW"*, this commemoration is designed not only as an Islamic outreach effort, but also as a moment of deep reflection for the entire academic community. Through this initiative, the Islamic boarding school is fully committed to nurturing a young generation that excels academically while possessing strong moral foundations rooted in the life and teachings of the Prophet SAW.
This year's event will feature **Dr. Abudzar Al Qifari, S.Pd.I., M.Pd.I.** as the keynote speaker. In his sermon, he will thoroughly examine the Islamic ruling on celebrating the Prophet's birthday, as well as the Prophet's noble character, personality, and the events leading up to his passing. The sermon aims to empower attendees to implement the Prophet's exemplary conduct in daily life, particularly in modern parenting and child education.
The presence of the students' parents is expected to strengthen social bonds and foster synergy between the school and guardians in guiding the students' development. Furthermore, the involvement of the local community symbolizes unity and the school's openness to its surrounding social environment.
