An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School – Aiming to enhance the quality of education and foster creativity among educators, the Junior High School Principals' Working Conference (MKKS SMP) of Bantaeng Regency held an event titled "Development of Principals' and Teachers' Competence in Educational Innovation." This strategic event took place on Monday, May 25, 2026, at the Bantaeng Regency Teachers' Building.
Responding to this significant agenda, the Principal of SMP IT An-Nawawi, Mutiah Sumarno, S.Si., M.Pd., Gr., provided full support by sending four of the school’s top representatives to participate actively in this innovation forum.
The delegation, comprised of leadership and teaching staff members prepared to bring back innovative ideas for the school's advancement, includes:

In accordance with the committee's instructions, the participants from SMP IT An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School arrived fully prepared, equipped with laptops and supporting devices to engage directly in hands-on digital learning innovation sessions.
The activity, initiated by the Organizing Committee under the auspices of the Bantaeng Regency Department of Education and Culture, was led by Rahman, S.Pd., M.Pd. (Chair of the Committee) and Sofian, S.Si., M.Pd. (Secretary), and was held under the direct supervision of the Chairman of Bantaeng Regency MKKS SMP, Drs. Pammusu.
The participation of SMP IT An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School in this agenda serves as a testament to the school's commitment to supporting the transformation of education in Bantaeng Regency. Through this professional development, teachers are expected to generate breakthroughs and teaching methods that are creative, adaptive, and positively impactful on the students' learning progress.
