An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School — As part of its commitment to establishing accurate, reliable, and integrated data governance for Islamic educational institutions, the Diniyah Education and Islamic Boarding Schools Division (PD Pontren) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Bantaeng Regency successfully organized a Technical Guidance and Training (Bimtek) on updating the Education Management Information System (EMIS) data. The event was attended by institutional data operators and representatives of educational institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bantaeng.
The technical training was conducted as a strategic initiative to ensure that all Islamic educational institutions regularly update their institutional data in accordance with the latest EMIS standards. Accurate EMIS data is essential, as it serves as the primary foundation for policy formulation, program planning, and the distribution of various forms of operational assistance and government welfare programs.
The training program received an enthusiastic response and active participation from representatives of Islamic educational institutions throughout Bantaeng Regency. Among the participating institutions was An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School, whose representative actively took part in the entire series of training sessions.
On this occasion, An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School delegated one of its professional educators, Fitri Amelia, S.Sos., to participate in all technical training sessions and practical workshops on updating EMIS data.
The participation of the school's teacher and institutional data operator reflects the institution's strong commitment to maintaining orderly administration and improving the quality of digital institutional data reporting. Through the comprehensive technical knowledge gained during the training, it is expected that the EMIS data updating process at An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School, as well as at other educational institutions, will be carried out smoothly and efficiently.
The PD Pontren Division of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bantaeng expressed its hope that all participants will implement the knowledge and technical guidance provided throughout the training. Effective coordination and communication between institutional data operators and the Ministry are expected to address various technical challenges encountered in the field, thereby continuously improving the quality of data management for Diniyah education and Islamic boarding schools across Bantaeng Regency.
